Marcia Gurche Marcia is a 24-year survivor of ovarian cancer stage IIIC and is the epitome of a caregiver and always there to lend a hand. She writes many of the articles for the newsletter and interviews ovarian cancer patients who wish to publish their story.

Rev. Renee Machiniak M. Div.
Rev. Renee is the group’s chaplain. Her wisdom and messages of hope bring much comfort to members of the support group. Renee has a beautiful voice and she shares song with patients and their families when she feels it is helpful.

Patty KurpinskiPatty is 16-year ovarian cancer survivor and serves as the groups patient advocate by keeping current in new drugs and clinical trials as well as knowing all local gynecological oncologists. Anyone who meets Patty is struck by her zest for life.
